Niccon Group specialise in the construction and project management of Custom designed new homes, duplex developments and knockdown rebuilds. We work directly with architects, building designers and clients to achieve their dream project. Using a combined understanding of construction and building design, Niccon Group can bring to life our clients’ vision from the ground up.
We manage your individual project throughout the many layers of the building process, including concepts, design, planning, construction and completion. We work very closely with our clients and architects/ designers to establish unique and distinctive custom projects.
Our experience and service is diverse and includes new homes, duplex developments, as well as multi-unit developments and knockdown rebuilds.

Director, Construction & Project Manager
Harry Nicolaou has developed a wealth of practical and professional experience within the construction industry including design development, project planning and construction and project management on a number of complex projects.
Harry has specialist experience on architectural extensions and renovations, new homes and multi-unit development projects. He has extensive knowledge in all facets of construction and utilises his leadership skills to provide critical support and communication with our clients, architects, designers and trade contractor
Harry has a true passion for the industry and this is reflected in his hands on approach and communication on a daily basis. Since its inception Niccon Group has grown, acquiring a loyal and dedicated team, who as a whole, field the charge in building and construction management.
